Flo ortho suits perfectly for those who have back ache or anticipating such. It really suited me, it's neither too firm not too soft. Also the other face of the mattress has slightly different firmness which will be helpful if you think one face is firm.
Had undisturbed sleep with this, really liked the product. My mother liked it too. So far no complaints.

The mattress is indeed very comfortable. It comes in a box, light and easily manageable. I give it five stars for comfort. Only flip side of being light weight is that the bedsheet doesn't remain tuck.

Earlier I was little bit confused either to buy flo mattress or go with conventional one.After lot of google and watching YouTube videos,I got more confused due to lot of paid reviews of other brands etc.Final I made my mind to go for Flo mattress without thinking more.But when I got delivery of mattress and used it,I was shocked by it’s awesome quality and comfortness.It has been more than 1 week and i am enjoying to sleep on this mattress.

I bought the Ortho model, hoping it would provide more firm support. I tried both sides of the mattress (one is softer than the other) but both were quite uncomfortable to sleep on. I felt my body sinking into the mattress too much for my comfort. Have been trying to return the product but there’s very slow/no response from Flo.

Before this I normally slept on hard mattress / cotton one. It was new for me, I loved the memory foam top layer. Compared this with 3/4 new other options in market. Sometime I sleep without pillow as well, matress takes shape of body so well. I would definitely recommend. Although they give us 100days trial but I was satisfied in first 10 days itself. Super product go for it. I personal suggestion buy few elastic lined bedsheets it will be perfect fit the matress.

The Flo mattress we bought is just above expectations. It was so comfortable and durable too. Initially we were expecting that we might need to upgrade in 6 months or so but we were wrong and it is absolutely fine and very well kept. I bought Flo mattress (ergo) about a month back. Overall the mattress build quality is good. Initially I felt back stiffness after a sleep but it may be due to initial bodily adjustment to new mattress. However, it started reducing with the time. On the whole it is a fine sleeping experience.

I Ordered Flo Mattress Ergo / 75 inch x 36 inch x 6 inch for my Diwaan Cot. Quality is Superb and it looks like it will last good. I had another mattress of MM Foam which is like five-six times costlier than flo but flo looks equally good. So, it is cost-effective.
The only drawback is high shipping times. It takes around three weeks and my bad, I received the wrong product. Then it took another three weeks for the replacement. They should work on fast shipping and also their customer service. The phone lines do not work. Understandable for a startup but they have to work on it since it is the age of same-day and two days delivery.

After 4 months of using, I am writing this review. It is really comfortable. I have the confidence that it will last long as I see the bed in the condition as I saw it when I unpacked it.
What I liked the most:
1. No partner disturbance
2. Soft, at the same time, keep the body straight, so no body pain
3. Most important, no heat in non AC room.

Placed the order after coming to the site via some search engine, read many reviews and finally found a mattress customised the size and placed the order. Delivery was delayed after few mails and assurance mattress was delivered bit delayed but hey they are new in the market and will require some time to adjust the response. the delivery of the mattress is quite well but guarantee card and the sleeping mask was not in the packing box I complain about the same but still, I did not receive a hard copy of the grantee card by the company.
