The Flo Ergo mattress includes a top layer of cool gel infused memory foam that dissipates heat quickly, reduces tossing and turning through the night and reduces motion transfer so you sleep tight even when your partner moves.

The Flo Ortho mattress includes a top layer of anti-allergenic high resilience foam that not only lends some bounce to the mattress but also reinforces lower back support while you sleep.

Express shipping is currently available only in Mumbai and only for the following sizes (78 x 72 x 6 inches, 78 x 60 x 6 inches, 78 x 36 x 6 inches) at no extra charge.

Our mattresses come with a soft, high quality cover made from a combination of knitted and 3 D spacer fabrics. The knitted fabric pulls heat away from your body and towards the 3D spacer periphery, which then disperses the heat away from the mattress ensuring that you sleep cool even if you sleep without the AC on. The knitted fabric is treated with aloe vera gel to keep your skin looking youthful.

We like to describe it as firm enough to be supportive, yet soft enough to be comfortable!

Having said that, our Ergo variant is slightly softer than the Ortho which has been designed to offer slightly firmer orthopedic support.

We encourage everyone to give our Ergo variant a try regardless of your usual preference. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can always exchange it for the Ortho or return it for a full refund.

Every Flo mattress is 6 inches thick. Dimensions for standard sizes are as follows:

The weight capacity for both the Ergo mattress and the Ortho mattress for single sleeper mattresses (such as the Single and Twin) is 150 kg. The weight capacity for both mattresses for a two sleeper (such as the Full, Queen, King) is 150 kg per side or 300 kg total.

It took us 2 long years of trial and error until we managed to develop a mattress that felt soft enough to be comfortable, yet firm enough to be supportive. It provides proper support throughout your body and relieves critical pressure points. The mattress cradles your body while laying down, but just enough so that you don’t sink too far down into your mattress and wake up sweating.

Generally speaking, we describe our mattress as medium-firm in feel. However, we also understand even that description can be subjective. Two people sleeping on the same mattress might have contrasting opinions - it could be too soft, too firm, or just right. That's why we offer our 100-Night Sleep Trial to ensure every person has the opportunity to decide if the Flo mattress is the right fit for them, and return it if it's not, no questions asked.

Yes. We can customise size to meet practically any requirement. While placing your order select the nearest larger standard size (for example if you wanted a mattress that is 76 inches in length x 70 inches in width, you would place your order for 78 inches x 72 inches) and mention the exact size you need, in the “notes” section at the bottom of your order.

Please note that custom sizes may not be shipped vacuum packed in a box and up to an additional 5 days for delivery.

The Flo mattress has the same support on the sides as it does at the center and we don’t do anything to reinforce the edges of the mattress. When you lie down or sit on the edge of the mattress, you shouldn't feel like you're going to roll or slide off.

When sitting on the edge of the mattress, the lower it is to the floor, the better supported you'll feel. You should notice that you sink in more while sitting on the edge because your concentrated weight is in one spot as opposed to spread out throughout the mattress. Regardless, it should pass the "edge test," which is when you lie down on the very edge of the bed, stiff as a board, you should not feel like you're about to roll or fall off.

Ideally, your mattress should match the size of your current bed (unless you plan on using it directly on the floor). However, if you're starting from scratch and don’t mind using your mattress directly on the floor, here are some tips for finding the perfect fit for you:

Single - Best for average height adults and children.

Queen - The most popular size for two sleepers.

King - The most space available width-wise. Great for two sleepers that like to spread out, or for sleeping with kids or pets.

Baby - Get a mattress that is built specifically for the comfort of your baby.

Custom - You can pick a custom size that works best for you.

Our proprietary Responsive ™ poly foam forms the foundation of this mattress and ensures that no part of your body sinks into the mattress more than it should through the night. This layer responds accurately to pressure; the more pressure your body exerts on the mattress, the more it reacts to support you. This base layer of foam is common to both the Ortho and Ergo variants.
In the Ergo mattress, the top layer of temperature-sensitve memory foam responds to not just your weight but also you your body temperature and moulds itself to take the shape of your body; this means that the foam under the heavier parts of your body – hips and shoulders – compresses more than the foam under the lighter parts of your body – head, neck, legs – ensuring that you feel cradled through the night. It creates a feeling of weightlessness; almost like floating on water (the only time when there are practically zero pressure points acting on your body). As a result, you toss and turn about 80% less through the night and wake up feeling fresh.
In the Ortho mattress, the top layer is made of high resilience poly foam which provides medium firm orthopedic support especially to those suffering from lower back pain. This layer also lends the mattress some bounce and springiness.

The foams used in our mattresses are not hypoallergenic. However, the foam cells are usually so small that it's very tough for dust mites and other allergens to make their way in.

There's no need to keep the original box. Once the mattress is out of the box, you can get rid of the box if you have no use for it. Our courier partners will arrange to pick up the mattress, pack it, and ship it back to us.

We believe that sitting on a mattress for a few minutes in a crowded shop is the worst way to buy a mattress that you’re going to likely use for the next 10 years of your life. You won't know if something is a perfect fit until you have a few nights to try it out first! That's why we offer the 100-Night Trial which allows you to buys a Flo mattress risk-free - if the mattress ends up not being the right fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll help you out with either an exchange or a return and full refund.

Yes! We offer a 10 year warranty on our mattresses which covers manufacturing defects such as depressions deeper than 1", sagging, cover defects such as unraveling stitching, or flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack. We don't cover changes to your mattress that are caused by normal wear and tear or that result from circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of a mattress—namely, reclining and sleeping. For example, don't take your Flo mattress out camping!

Body impressions and sagging are unlikely to happen for at least 8-10 years. However, in the event that you do notice permanent indentations that measure more than 1 inch, you're covered by our 10-year warranty. Sure! For an additional charge, you can request a replacement cover. Just email us at support@flomattress.com and we’ll let you know how much a new cover will cost for your exact mattress size. 

Warranties that are more than 10 years are generally prorated, which means for every year you own it, you would receive less and less credit. It is also suggested that mattresses be replaced every 8-10 years for hygiene purposes.
