I actually wanted to order flo ergo mattress (75x72 mm 8"), but by mistake I ordered ortho mattress. After realising that immediately I sent a request mail to change the mattress, thinking that as there is no change in rate the company can easily change the mattress before the dispatch. There is an immediate response (computer generated reply)stating that a person from company will call me with in 48 hours, but no body contacted. my wife was disappointed for the wrong order, because she badly wanted sooper soft bed Ergo. So once again I sent a reminder mail to the company, received same reply and no action taken. Mean while my order was dispatched so I was absolutely angry with the company. My wife is not at all interested to use the bed if it is not ergo.
One fine day I recieved the bed and as no communication with the company we uncovered and started using.
Daily I am getting followup messages, enquiring about mattress, but I didn't responded .
One day a mail from CEO of company mailed, and asked if any problem can be rectified. So I explained the same about the bad communication system of the company....
But my surprise the CEO felt sorry and responded immediately and arranged a person to look in to my problem and they are ready to take back my used Ortho mattress and replace with new Ergo mattress.
Though it was late, as the company is ready to satisfy me, I really appreciate.
As my Mrs. In the beginning was not interested.....after using it she really felt happy with the mattress and hence we didn't returned the mattress.
Finally what I want to say about flo mattress is "Mattress is best for sound sleep and the company stands by their say "
