The mattress was prepared for exact fit of my cot and its design is very nice to sleep on and lie. It has a cooling layer as well which helps to sleep good in summer time. It even has a zip to which the mattress is set into and we can remove it and clean it and again reuse it.
Overall this is worth for the amount that I got and I got it in a sale from flo website. This is really a worth and the best product to get from all the other online platforms

I had ordered the ergo mattress but unfortunately the size was mismatched , so had to opt for exchange of the mattress, the whole procedure was smooth until the pickup of the old mattress from home, the delivery guy was not ready to help in any possibile way, due to which I had to sent him back and the next day I reach out to the customer care and explain her the situation, Ms Martina helped me a lot and arranged for the pickup up again which went smoothly.
Now waiting for the new mattress with proper size..

I received their custom size The Flo Mattress Ergo(75 inch x 36 inch x 6 inch) a week and it is really amazing. I have some spinal issues which causes severe neck and back pain and sleeping on the bed really removes the pain. Really recommend this bed!

This is my worst experience and service from your team,From day one the service and support is very bad,After mentioning clear address you people are delaying the process and delivery logistics partners are saying wrong address given by the client and if I call the customer service or return team they are telling my correct address but why this delay happening? Return pickup delay happening from your side and not even sending the shipment and telling that this will be delivered after picking up the return shipment and telling something happened with logistics team and takes 1-3days to sort it almost near to one month and my first EMI also falling such a worst Service I have gone through Flo Company

I thought I would get the proper mattress size (flo ergo 78x72x6 inches) seeing all good reviews.but I got 5 inches thickness mattress only.I am not sure how flo as a company is checking it properly or purposely sending a different size. I had requested for return within 10 days of use. But flo customer
service executive told full refund can't be made, instead he asked to choose exchange with same 40% discount otherwise web page also doesn't allow 40% discount.Why do you Advertise full refund if returned within 100 nights.How honest is this ?.inspite of all this issues, Now I have requested exchange with another mattress(flo anti Gravity 78x72×7inches) paying extra. But pickup is very much delayed I don't understand how long it will take for the exchange process.This is a feedback and also an escalation.This is my honest review.Hope you post on the your web page honestly and resolve all the issue by now and quickly deliver my new mattress with proper size.

Overall good experience. Just one suggestion, inner and outer cover both are made of polyester clothes. If use Cotton inner layer will be the best.

However, I did have an issue with the delivery. Despite the promise of timely delivery, my order did not arrive on schedule. This was quite disappointing as I was eagerly looking forward to experiencing my new mattress. I hope the company can improve their delivery service to match the excellent quality of their product.
Overall, I would recommend the Flo mattress for its exceptional comfort and ease of setup, but I do hope they address the delivery issues for future customers.

Company ke quality team or return policy bahut he kharab hai . Return ke liye customer care par phone karte raho whatsapp par chat karte raho lakin koi reply nahi yaha tak ke mail karo to us par bhe reply nahi milta. Mattress 17 June 2024 ko order kiya or 27 June 2024 ko delivery mile 28 June 2024 ko he return request raise kar de lakin 10 din tak product return nahi hua customer care say bhe koi reply bhe nahi mila kab return hoga. Jo bhe Customer Flo mattress lene ke soch raha hai bilkul bhe mat lena.
