I and my family loved the quality, it's not even an exaggeration to say that I slept as if I was drunk, deep into the sleep, no tossing and turning around and woke up fresh, the quality is amazing, might buy another mattress soon. This flo mattress is very comfy and it's soft. It's it's a memory foam. It's also good. It's typically a good mattress for a bed. If you want to buy then buy the flo mattress 7 in . There is much bigger and much good look. 4 in is also good and the durability is good. I gave it a five star and the sleep is very good in this mattress. I suggest to buy this type of mattress and the flo mattress is one of the best options

This matress is a very good one. The quality is also very good, you can definitely give it a shot. It is heavier in weight, one person can't lift (84x75x7). The top layer was completely isolated and I could feel that. It brings discomfort for me but it might be comfortable for others. I have returned the product and also likes the return process. Its completely straight forward. Go for it and return it if you don't like it.

Writing this review after using this product for more than 2 weeks and I'm certain that this is definitely the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.
Before using this mattress I was suffering from back pain every other day, but since I'm using this mattress I can barely remember when was the last time I had pain or stiffness in my back.

The mattress feels excellent in terms of comfort. However, since I ordered a custom size, the cover provided does not match the custom dimensions. It is larger and fits loosely, which causes it to hang out and look unaesthetic. This issue should have been addressed during production to ensure a proper fit.
The delivery experience was highly disappointing. I received the product almost a month after placing the order, despite being promised delivery within 12 days. I had to contact customer support nearly a dozen times, escalate the issue to the CEO, and eventually involve the head of customer service before finally receiving the product. Although the product itself is satisfactory in terms of comfort, I won’t be buying anything from Flo again or recommending it to others. In fact, I would advise against purchasing from them due to the logistical issues I faced and the subpar finish quality of the product.
