The mattress also has Stress Release® technology that minimises painful pressure points, improves blood circulation, and helps ensure that you unlock your deepest sleep. On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is as soft as cotton, and 10 is as hard as a marble floor, we rate the top layer 7/10 and the base layer 9/10.
It comes with a zippered, machine-washable charcoal-infused outer cover that ensures that you sleep toxin-free. It is also reversible and can be used on either side, depending on how much support you need at different points in time. I had ordered antigravity Mattress and 2 pillows.
Delivery of Mattress is very late. It was took around 1 month, but we understand because it's was customized.
I am very disappointed because the pillow I had ordered automatically cancelled and again they reordered new launch pillows but again not delivered. So I had cancelled the order and requested for my refund. Very Happy that they give refund in time. And the quality of Mattress is superb. Please improve your delivery process. I’ve been using my Flo Mattress for a couple of weeks now, and the difference in my sleep quality is remarkable. The mattress offers the perfect balance of comfort and support—soft enough to feel cozy, yet firm enough to provide proper back support.

I purchased the latex-based mattress from Flow, and overall we are very satisfied with the comfort and sleeping experience. Compared to several popular dual-sided orthopedic mattresses from other brands, this mattress retains noticeably less heat, likely due to the latex comfort layer.
I would especially recommend this mattress for people who experience sweating, body heating, or heat-trap issues during sleep. The Flo latex variants also offer very good value for money when compared to many other latex mattresses in the market.
However, I do have a few concerns regarding the product quality and longevity. Even after more than a week of unpacking, some edges of the mattress have still not fully expanded into shape. For further examination after opening the removable cover for inspection, I noticed that certain areas of the top latex layer were not properly formed. Additionally, I could see small bits or particles of latex coming off from the layer, which raises some concerns about the long-term durability of the latex material.
Loved the mattress. Good quality and value for money. Came accurately in the custom size that was given while placing the order. Good airy ventilated as It doesn’t feel uncomfortable or warm in hot weather especially now in the months of May-June. Good sleep quality as also it does not hurt or pain the body edges. Sleep quality has improved after using it for almost 6 months now. There is no sagging or cratering.

I am writing this after 24 nights sleep in hope that it would be useful for people who is really struggling to sleep. This is likely happening because when you lie down, our mattresses respond to the distributed weight of your body, across the entire surface area of your body. On the other hand, when you sit on the mattress, you create “point load” or a concentration of weight only under your hips. This is what creates that feeling of sinking in too much. To counter this, we would have had to make our mattresses much firmer, and possibly less comfortable to sleep on. Try flipping the mattress upside down to use the firmer / harder side on top. That might help offer more support. Do remember to also flip the mattress cover if needed.
